Some tips and explanations to make those seminars a great experience:
In order to make those seminars affordable for everyone I chose and pay for an American teleconference board as it is usually cheaper to place a regular long distance call to the US, particular using cheaper call-by-call plans and facilitators (1-3 p per minute), than to pay 6,9, 12 and more p per minute using a UK based conference board.
And as my conference board offers the additional webcast feature people can save even that money by tuning in via webcast.
And those of you who can not make it for the seminar - and everyone else - benefits from the option to download the replay of the seminar online from the webcast page (same link; please, allow upto 5 minutes after the seminar to upload the download feature; for those already on that page, please use the refresh button of your browser).
People who dial in via phone have the advantage to interact directly with me in a conversation. This is great and gives the calls a different flavour. In turn I have to ask those people, please, to take care that no noise from the background (music, barking dogs, dish washing etc.) is disturbing the call. If there is noise or if you are using speakers I kindly ask you to mute yourself by using either the mute button of your phone or by muting yourself pressing *6 on your phone. Thank you!
Those of you who participate via webcast can interact with me indirectly through the Q&A box. As the webcast is airing 18 seconds after the life conversation (that way listeners do not have to suffer from any buffering gaps) I ask you to keep in mind that there is this a time delay.
After the end of the seminar I usually make the replay available on the webcast page. Just use the same link as for the webcast and download the replay. Please, keep in mind that although made available for free the audio and its' content is protected by international copyright laws.
